★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 彰化老店「旭美珍餅舖」月餅只做蛋黃酥、白雪酥與綠豆碰三種，中秋節前後總是供不應求。
嚼來鹹香的蛋黃酥，還有沙沙的油潤口感；白雪酥是以鮮奶油、豬油、片栗粉、雞蛋、糖製成內餡，還加入肉鬆，口感較乾，略帶鹹香；而綠豆碰則是以新鮮現炒的豬肉餡料搭配綠豆沙，鹹甜順口。
The moon cakes of Changhua Old Shop "Xumeizhen Cake Shop" only make three kinds of egg yolk cakes, white snow cakes and green beans. The Mid-Autumn Festival is always in short supply.
Chewed with salty yolk cake and savory oily taste; white snow cake is made with fresh cream, lard, chestnut powder, eggs, sugar, and also added fluffy pine, tastes dry, slightly salty; Mung bean touch is a freshly fried pork filling with green bean paste, salty and sweet.
