2.上層炸過的皮酥脆口感很好又很Q，肉我覺得有點乾，但看得出用料給的實在。個人喜歡皮的處理
3.龍骨湯是中藥口味，裡面的脊髓吃起來像蒸蛋，口感蠻好的，敢吃的值得試試
