隔天去 護士說這個時效太久不算要在自己重驗
你們醫院品質那麼差
服務態度糟糕死
連之前還有醫生不收病人的

十幾年前被裡面的兩光醫生延誤治療，導致永久性傷害無法治療，之後就盡量不去這家醫院了，沒想到現在還是一樣爛？
另外裡面掛號護士戴口罩、加上隔板、講話又很小聲，建議講話提高聲量。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好好笑喔 1.30來問說要來領取確診者的快篩試劑 說2.開始 2.來準時來說5.才開始^ ^所以到底幾點才能領取 連護士態度都很差 欠你們錢是嗎 真的不用這樣欸 麻煩你貴醫院好好檢討一下
自己內部溝通是有什麼問題 連看診也都非常的隨便 真的爛透了 連一顆星都不想給

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 替2位家人同時領防疫門診的藥，前後批價ok也拿到收據了，前後醫師問診也問好了，2位家人領藥時間卻差了一個小時多，中間比我晚到的人很多都領到藥了，收據上也特別寫上‘領藥’2個字，問藥師為什麼另一位家人的藥一直都還沒好，藥師也不知原因也告知沒有收到另一位家人開藥的訊息，後來是自己再跑去外面批價處詢問一次，才順利領到藥，若自己沒再次詢問是否就一直在外面一直等？還是是否醫院防疫門診作業流程有出問題呢？還有今日的藥師情緒上需再加強注意對領藥民眾態度真的不是很好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常時期我們都知道醫護人員辛苦，但我經由快篩掛號處詢問到哪邊領取快篩，我聽從護理師的指示，要去尋找急診服務鈴時，卻被一旁處理急診病患的男護理師兇，他很兇很急的說「領快篩等一下」口氣差加上說的那麼快根本來不及反應他說了什麼，我說：「但我聽從旁邊的人員指示來的」，他很不耐煩的很兇的說：「你沒看到門口貼的單字嗎？」或許我疏忽沒看沒錯，但沒有必要直接兇人吧？我提醒他：「沒有必要這麼兇吧」他卻說：「小姐這些人都是在等領快篩」，先生我不會通靈，非常時期我也不會去問站在那的人是在等領快篩，還是等著被快篩的人。醫護人員很累很疲倦沒錯，我也體諒，所以一開始沒有去打擾男護理師，而是看快篩掛號處沒人才去詢問，我實在不懂為什麼要被兇？當每一個人都清楚知道該院領取方式？
最後，小小建議急診室那張「急診病患優先處理，領取快篩請稍等」可以醒目一點，也麻煩請說清楚領取方式^_^
