★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不是很道地的日式拉麵，但整體吃起來還不差。糖心蛋好吃、但叉燒煮的很爛導致一夾就散口感不佳。價格也不便宜。
Not very authentic Japanese ramen, but the overall taste is not bad. The sweet egg is delicious, but the char siu is badly cooked, which makes it tasteless after a single pinch. The price is not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很明顯是偏台式的拉麵，肉算敗筆 ，煙燻燒烤的味道把湯頭給弄濁了，沒有叉燒該有的咬勁，鬆散度像是在吃肉乾，味道真的很怪，在來是麵，麵的咬度沒有拉麵那種勁道，最後是湯 不夠濃 ，但如果沒加上肉 ，那就還算可以，價格來說也不算便宜 優點是有飲料自助
It's obviously a Taiwanese ramen. The meat is a failure. The smell of smoky barbecue makes the soup cloudy. It doesn't have the bite strength that the barbecued pork should have. The looseness is like eating jerky. The taste is really weird. Noodles, the bite of the noodles is not as strong as ramen noodles, and in the end, the soup is not thick enough, but if there is no meat, it is okay, and the price is not cheap. The advantage is that there is a self-service drink.

剛開幕時的湯頭及各種配料都相當不錯.
但隨著時間推移, 麵和湯及叉燒都已經和當初相去甚遠.
麵和湯味道不同, 叉燒煮過爛.
而且價位根本不低, 不推薦
A restaurant that can't stand the test of time.

是我愛吃的細麵超棒的！湯頭不會太鹹，泡菜夠辣不會太鹹太酸很喜歡
I came to Maruyama for the first time and ordered the original ramen to taste.
It's my favorite fine noodles! The soup is not too salty, the kimchi is spicy enough and not too salty or sour, I like it
