第一個是圓類(芋圓等)容易整團黏在一起，而且選擇冰品加入圓類，圓類硬的速度很快，會懷疑自己吃的到底是啥？
另一個是芋頭難吃，到底為什麼和美店的芋頭球都特別硬和乾？
原先懷疑是總公司節省成本導致整體材料都變難吃，跑去彰化再吃一次，發現彰化的還是一樣好吃，就算外帶回和美吃也沒有上述問題…
