★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很差經驗、今天我老婆有至貴店消費、設計師為7號設計師、但是真的很不專業、當天就有三項很明顯缺失：1.燙頭髮的藥水、沾到脖子回家都紅起來.2.離子燙有去燙到頭皮、還要後來結束時、自行去櫃台要藥膏、3.頭髮沒有吹乾(當天也有幫別客人吹頭髮、也被告知未吹乾)請麻煩加強貴店人員教育訓練、不要參差不齊。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無法理解洗頭完助理吹半乾後，居然叫助理再來把頭髮完整吹好，設計師來意思收一下尾，理由是怕顧客等太久，請問我是有提前預約才去的，而且當下也沒有詢問我會不會在意等設計師太久，這種服務態度太差勁，那是不是直接都由助理完成就好，我也不用預約再前往，價格也不需要定價為320元，也或許是我沒有指定設計師的問題。還有真的不要低估及設定顧客是不是只會來洗頭而已的態度，你永遠無法得知顧客的消費能力。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗了好幾次 今天服務的人員態度不好幾號沒有注意，花了630洗頭就是為了希望頭能按的舒適改善頭痛肩頸痠痛的問題，跟服務人員說了可以大力點（告知了兩次），還是按的很隨便，630基本上我能消費兩次一般洗，若不是有需求用的著消費那麼高嗎==如果不想洗可以換人，這次消費真的很不開心！不過後面的設計師態度很好還有櫃檯的人員??
