一進門有幾位像是設計師的人坐在那邊聊天,不知道是不是天氣變冷了,服務人員的口氣態度也很冷漠!原本是想詢問美甲,外面的服務人員指向廁所的位子!開始操作美甲後詢問美甲師是否有人一邊洗髮一邊美甲,美甲師說有蠻多的也幫我介紹了一下美髮的服務,旁邊的美甲師看到名牌應該是店長吧!熱情的幫忙介紹!跟剛剛一進門那幾位的冷漠真的差別很大!我印象中不是都是同一家公司嗎?員工素質落差真多!之後決定要一起洗頭 ,有一位女生來介紹,建議我洗精按摩說是可以按摩肩頸,不過這幾天太冷了我想洗乾淨就好,那位女生馬上板起臉孔!讓人覺得很不舒服,要開始操作之前跟那個女生說我想要坐這洗跟美甲一起進行,板著面孔的女生居然說不行....因為沒有鏡子所以要躺著,吹頭髮時那麼冷的天氣也沒有馬上吹找了一個不會吹的妹妹來吹頭髮 ,有洗比沒洗過還毛躁,原先那位板著臉的女生走過去也沒有想來幫忙的意思!感覺真的很差勁!後來到前面結帳!聽見有人叫那位板著連臉的女生店長!!真是刷新我三觀!以後還是做指甲就好免得找罪受

我知道男性剪髮速度可能很快,我之前經驗大概都20-30分鐘左右,但我今天到此店洗髮加剪髮,只有約10分鐘,過程可想而知,除了「隨便」我想不到其它形容詞,不過還好他再幫我洗頭時旁邊還有其他女設計師跟他聊天,不然可能整體時間還可以更快速。 最後還是我請他拿鏡子讓我看後面頭髮狀況,不然他根本不想做這個確認動作,我當下也心裡有底,簡單確認後就離開了,不過從這個動作也可以看出他的不在意,付完錢出來,摸摸我的脖子才發現脖子附近的水還沒乾。 事前要提前預約,到現場還是沒人理我(櫃檯有一位滑手機的朋友?),只有一位正在幫洗頭髮的設計師要我去旁邊空位坐,這樣預約的目的到底是為了什麼呢? 可能有人會說288而已你要多好的服務,但基本的服務態度都沒有,實在很難接受。 (ps. 幫我剪髮的是位男性設計師)
