回覆:如果是"本公司問題"一定會處理到好?哪一家不是如此???重點在,客戶有使用上的疑問,跑一趟都是應該的,若嫌距離遠,以後不要接case,這就是售後服務。我想很多人都遇過這種經驗,請店家安裝好以後,只要給了錢,有問題叫人來看就要等很久,沒想到我還是遇上了,不用麻煩你們,我已經找別人處理好了。
你們想了解問題:那就請你們了解,即使你們在初次安裝時有簡易教學,但客戶們遇到問題通常是很久以後的事,沒多少人會記得,不要遇到問題就在電話裡教學,客戶們若是懂問題出在哪裡,可以自行故障排除的話,那找哪一家安裝都一樣,以後大家都不用售後服務,你們也可以關一關了。
