★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賴的客服回覆速度很慢，我問的問題說要回覆，從頭到尾等了一個禮拜的時間到還是沒有得到答案，最後還已讀不回，您沒有回覆我不知道還能不能報名，甚至我直接到教室並用賴通知小姐我已到教室，還是只得到已讀。若您沒有得到老師的答案也可以直接說明您尚未等到對方回覆因此無法回覆我確切答案，什麼都不說就只會一直已讀。服務差得令人傻眼。
Lai’s customer service is very slow in replying. The question I asked said that I wanted to reply. I waited for a week from start to finish, but I still didn’t get the answer. In the end, I couldn’t read it back. I don’t know if I can register if you didn’t reply. I went directly to the classroom and used Lai to inform Miss that I was in the classroom, or I only got what I had read. If you don’t get the teacher’s answer, you can also directly explain that you have not waited for the other party’s reply and therefore cannot reply to my exact answer. If you don’t say anything, you will just read it. The service is dumbfounded.
