羊雜炒青菜也太油，羊雜太軟爛，沒有口感。
用餐環境也不好，乾淨度有很大的改善空間。
整體而言有些失望。

說花壇羊肉爐才是彰化最好吃的人，吃過張家羊肉老店後都不再提花壇羊肉爐了。
朋友被我帶來吃過張家羊肉老店後，來和美只吃這家羊肉爐
