豚肉：火鍋豬肉片
烏龍麵：煮過頭已沒咬勁
中卷：我還以為應該要是脆的

Udon noodles: overcooked and no bite

鮭魚握壽司的生魚片還行，但飯的口感太搶戲了無法忽視的偏硬、飯吃起來有點像冰過一樣無法再回購。but手捲會回購
Fresh shrimp and asparagus hand rolls are delicious
The sashimi of salmon nigiri was okay, but the taste of the rice was too hard to ignore, and the rice tasted a bit like ice and couldn't be bought again. but the hand roll will repurchase

因為我是握壽司控，所以個人推薦「極上握壽司」，其他的味道就留給上門的客人自行品味。
(青菜蘿蔔各有所好，這只是我的個人口味）
Hidden in the store on the side of Hemei Road, the performance of nigiri sushi is amazing. The deliciousness of hand-kneaded rice can be known as soon as you put it in your mouth, which is very different from the taste of ordinary mechanically kneaded rice.
Because I am a nigiri sushi fan, I personally recommend "Ultimate Nigiri Sushi", and leave other flavors to the guests who come to the door to taste.
(green vegetables and radishes have their own advantages, this is just my personal taste)
