★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近真的越來越爛!自己家裡網路使用你們種花電信已經快1X年了!從原本網路網速都很好!逐漸的開始出包!一下子數據機有問題一下子MOD機台有問題!然後漸漸的發現根本就是你們訊號越來越差!來處理的外包人員更扯!一下子說是我家屋齡比較老舊?一下子說我家東西放太多影響訊號?根本搞笑欸!真的非常無言!不斷推脫說他們也是外包的所以沒辦法處理?當初因為我家巷子訊號只有你們有辦法接收才使用!現在差成這樣也看不到有誰有那權限告知你們上級!客群逐漸流失不意外也!最近家人上大學要手機網路!其他電信業者光打電話來談相關配套談了快1個禮拜談的家人覺得(收的到訊號)且客服人員態度非常好決定使用!然而你們客服呢?打電話說要解約!申請人不是本人因個資法不願意查詢?你知道要用網路的還沒滿20歲要代理人處理嗎?一再的推脫到底?連確認一下是誰辦的也不願意動手查詢?真的非常有素質!不愧是種花電信!
