Each order to Kaiwei Company is also marked: "Pure raw materials must be used, no inferior materials, recycled materials, waste materials..." Because we have been with each other for several years, we have cooperated well, and the quality is fairly stable. After that, we suffered a series of foreign customers' claims. Because of the abnormal quality, and the occurrence of filter bottle blasting and water leakage, we wondered whether the foundry "Kaiwei Company" was cutting corners? We dispatched two high-level executives to the "Kaiwei Company" for inspection. What surprised us was that the Kaiwei Company really mixed the recycled materials into the injection materials, and then delivered them to us after injection molding; In addition to taking photos for evidence, I also contacted Zeng Zhongyi from Kaiwei Company to find out and recorded during the talks. Zeng Zhongyi also admitted that the plastic pellets were mixed with inferior materials, which are all human evidence for reference. Because the penalties for breach of contract stipulated in the previous procurement contracts signed by both parties were too light, in order to give him another chance to cooperate, we hope that Kaiwei Company can re-establish a more rigorous procurement contract, knowing that Zeng Zhongyi will kill him and will not sign a new one. contract. When we wanted to retrieve all the molds that we commissioned to Kaiwei's OEM (the mold cost was more than 10 million Taiwan dollars), he made a ridiculously unreasonable request, which means that he was helping us during the OEM production period. , Spent some money to repair the mold, so we need to pay him more than 600,000 yuan for mold repair and maintenance before he has to return the mold to us; in the concept of our Yi Rui company: 1) Yi Rui has entrusted most of the injection molds to Kaiwei, and they have already made a profit on the mold. 2) Yi Rui also entrusted Kaiwei company to produce the injection products on behalf of OEM, and Kaiwei company will make more money for our OEM production. Only Kaiwei knows the pros and cons of mold design and manufacturing. Whether it is Kaiwei’s human negligence or damage caused by improper maintenance and storage in production...Of course, these maintenance fees should be paid by the foundry. In order to resolve this matter as soon as possible, we had to give in to him and asked him to submit a copy of the invoice for the mold repairs before. We could pay him the repair cost according to the invoice amount, but he couldn't get a single invoice. But they did not return the mold to us. Because all the molds are in Kaiwei Company, our foreign customers have placed orders. Many plastic parts have to be produced by Kaiwei Company, but he does not deliver them. (According to the law, although the mold belongs to Yi Rui Company , If you need to retrieve it, but the other party is unwilling, you can only solve it through legal channels). In desperation, we had to go through the Changhua Mediation Committee first; in the end, just because of a word from the mediation committee, we swallowed this unjust grievance. After this unpleasant case, we still have cooperation with other plastic injection OEMs. After the cooperation is over, other OEMs will perform according to the contract. There is no family meeting. Like Kaiwei Company Zeng Zhongyi is as arrogant, difficult and unreasonable. After that, there was another episode that was too funny. One day Zeng Zhongyi called and said, "Eirion has a mold in their company and forgot to take it. If Eirion wants to get this mold back, he has a The conditions need to be exchanged, that is, I want to buy back their company's inventory of 200,000 yuan." We think Mr. Zeng Zhongyi, how can such a thing that makes people look down on his personality be able to say? why? 1) The summary court judgment only mentioned that he wanted to return all the molds to Yirui, but did not mention that Yirui had to buy back his parts inventory from him. Besides, Zeng Zhongyi did not advocate in summary court. 2) This pair of molds belonged to Yiyun Company, but Kaiwei forgot to give it to us. 3) Besides, the parts inventory of 200,000 yuan is not an order from Yi Rui, but Zeng Zhongyi prepared the materials himself. We can say bluntly: Zeng Zhongyi is a person who does not respect the court's judgment and is also a greedy person. This incident has been unforgettable for me for several years.
