我認為，不是一句「我們都有出廠錄影」就能規避商品損壞的責任，即便是運送過程中的損壞，不也是貴司須負起責任？
奉勸以後跟這家業者購買的消費者最好十二萬分的多加小心，最好從收貨就開始給他全程錄影，以策安全。
