The building is antique and solemn, dedicated to Mazu, and is the center of faith for the locals.

The local residents' belief center, spiritual sustenance and efficacies, the Liao Sheng Harem in Liaozhou used to be the Shengyi Church. The space on the site was limited and was not enough for use, so the villagers raised funds to build the Liaosheng Harem in Tanzhou; the Liaosheng Harem in Tanzhou was dedicated to the Virgin Mary, and the left niche and the right niche were dedicated to the God of Xuantian and the God of the City God respectively; Jigong Chan Master, Zhusheng Niangniang, Fuyou Emperor, Huoluo Lingguan, Guan Sheng Emperor, Siming Zhenjun, Prince Marshal, Qitian Dasheng and other gods. At present, it still follows the traditions of the past years: (1) Every year, the head family and the furnace owner are greeted by throwing a scorpion to the house and pray for the safety of the town house; (2) Every year on the 22nd of the first lunar month of the lunar calendar (Christmas of the Stone God of Quanzhou Liao), Quanzhou Liaozhuang The people worshipping the Virgin of Heaven, the second mother of Nanyao Palace, and other worshipping gods traveled around the Quanzhou Liao households together, praying for blessings and blessing the safety of the environment.

Located on the bicycle lane in Huazhouliao next to Baiguo Mountain, it has a wide-spread parking lot and clean public toilets. It is a good relay station for passengers.
