一直說是我們的問題說沒人反應過
我真的傻眼請他們自己到包廂裡看
直接問他們字幕的字他們看不看得懂
才設定回中文一句不好意思都沒說就算了
自己的問題一直說是客人的問題爛到爆
Poor service attitude
The subtitles are set in Cantonese to reflect 3 times
I keep saying it’s our problem and no one has responded
I was really dumbfounded and asked them to look in the box by themselves
Ask them directly about the words in the subtitles, they don’t understand
I just set it back to Chinese and I’m sorry I didn’t say anything.
My own problem has been said to be the guest’s problem so bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隔音很差！看個電影都一直聽到別人在唱歌！影片比U2少！更糟糕的是～冷氣壞掉！只有電扇！大熱天又密閉的小包廂，吹的都是熱風=_= 覺得是花錢去活受罪的！唯一優點是～飲料無限暢飲！不過包廂沒像U2有電話能請櫃檯暫停一下去裝飲料或廁所，很不方便！逢甲U2影片好像沒臺中一廣U2多！包廂當然也比較窄！只是臺中一廣距離遠很多就是！
Sound insulation is poor! I have heard people singing while watching a movie! There are fewer videos than U2! What's worse is that the air conditioner is broken! Only electric fans! In a hot and closed small box, the hot air is blowing = _ = I think it is money to live and suffer! The only advantage is ~ unlimited drinks! However, unlike the U2, there is no telephone in the box to ask the counter to pause to load drinks or toilets, which is very inconvenient! The Fengjia U2 movie doesn't seem to have as much as the Taichung Yiguang U2! The box is of course relatively narrow! It's just that Taichung has a long distance and a lot!
