★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有次經過發現有4、5個人排隊，好奇之下就前去購買，發現店員動作非常的慢，很明顯故意慢慢來製造排隊人潮，好不容易輪到我們，有位小姐插隊跟店員說他有打電話來預訂，結果店員就跟小姐說沒關係我先幫你用【插隊的】，我們氣到當場走人，
現在他們有固定客源了，不知道動作有沒有變快，如果發現他們又慢慢來，就不要浪費自己的時間排隊。

去購買時因為蛋糕還沒冷卻，說要等5分鐘，我說那我等等來拿，過10分鐘過去拿，現場還有4位客人，我當時先排隊，店裡一直忙電話的訂單，我也耐心等候快10分鐘，直到要做現場時，我發問已經有切我的蛋糕嗎？，竟然可以理直氣壯的態度跟我說說沒有切！！！甚至帶著態度差的語氣！
沒有切，我可以接受，但態度差真的很糟糕！
一個單送走一位老客戶！
