鹹度適中；更多是排骨酥香氣
排骨份量也給的很大方；軟嫩好入口
加上他們的自製辣椒油整個香辣香辣的
超好吃！吃辣的朋友請務必記得來上一匙

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟印象中的傳統小吃不一樣，店內擺設整齊乾淨明亮，附近有停車場用餐很方便，點了魯肉飯/排骨酥湯/三樣小菜，魯肉飯算普通也不難吃，小菜的調味跟口感都不錯鹹淡適中很涮嘴，排骨酥湯鮮香濃郁多層次的湯頭加上軟嫩多汁的排骨酥肉塊令人回味再三，餐點沒雷用料也新鮮實在，是一間值得再訪的老店

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位在員林的名氣排骨酥麵，每次都大排長龍。不得不說味道很好，重點在它的湯頭很順口加上排骨的軟軟口感，一口麵配上一口湯很是滋味。一份大碗$95小貴，但吃的飽。
這次第一次點了小菜，苦瓜跟豬肝，有點失望。原因是因爲不像食尚玩家講的那麽好吃，苦瓜雖然不苦偏甜，但有點太軟嫩了，吃起來不像在吃苦瓜，不喜歡吃苦瓜的可以試試看，豬肝也很軟嫩，但真的有點太粉且入口即化，個人不是很愛這種沒有豬肝味且粉粉的感覺。
除了冷藏小菜一盤$30口感小失望要慎選外，湯麵部份是高分的，下次有機會內用也許能更吃出熱食的美味。
