其實本人原本並沒有想要留下什麼言論,原因是因為覺得畢竟是公開的評論,將話說得太死也並不妥當,每個人在貴店的印刷體驗也並不相同,於是本人便只留下了自己心裡的分數,想著讓眾人自己判斷,但貴家業主卻鍥而不捨地追到了本人的私人帳號,並且在無關的公開文章下要求修改評分,語帶質問。基於貴店不想以私訊方式聯絡解決此事的原因,本人只好也應貴店要求進行修改以及回應。 首先必須說明,本人並不是因為一次在此店委託印刷的經驗就一時衝動地打下這個評分,而是多次的印刷經驗累積下來,又正好在查閱地圖看見了才打下這個評分。 以下是本人對此店打下一星評分的幾點原因: 1.本人印刷的物品是會進行販售的,但貴店的印刷品色差十分嚴重且不穩定,並且噴墨顆粒太大少了許多細節,也有殘影的問題。 2. 假如每一次印刷個四五張A4都必須等跨天,那麼本人為了什麼原因要來貴店印刷,直接去找印刷廠不是更加方便並且品質穩定嗎? 3.並沒有要求裁切的印刷品被擅自裁切並且收款金額突然飆高。 4.因為數量的缺少幾次加印,貴店要求一次印完整,免得貴店麻煩。 5.在貴店寫明的營業期間訪問貴店卻多次撲空,也並沒有沒進行休店公告,以至於平白浪費時間。 6.因這次的事件,也不得不提一下貴店的公關處理,就是如同本人實際看見的這般處理方式。 以下附上此事件的兩份截圖,一是一開始並沒有沒有發表太過差評言論的圖片,單純是以自己的感官去評論,二是貴店回復的方式,第一部分是質疑本人誤評了錯誤的分數,第二部分是質疑本人與貴店是誤會,兩條都是質疑的言論,還請貴店思考一下這樣的做法和心態,另外本人想說,一條一顆星的評分不代表所有人,不過就是一個人不喜歡貴店,也不必如此激動,也不是本人改過了一條評論就會讓其他人對貴店改觀,身邊一些學藝術的友人或多或少曾經到貴店消費,也表示並不想再次於貴店進行消費,我想即便是今日本人給了一個五顆星的評分,本人的友人也不願意再次光臨貴店。

Wouldn't it be more convenient and stable quality to go to the printing factory? 3. The printed matter that is not required to be cut was cut without authorization and the payment amount suddenly soared. 4. Because of the lack of quantity, it is necessary to print several times, so your shop requires that it be printed completely at one time to avoid trouble for your shop. 5. Visiting your store during the business period specified by your store but emptied many times, and did not make a notice of closing the store, which was a waste of time. 6. Because of this incident, I have to mention the PR handling of your store, which is the same as I actually saw. Two screenshots of this incident are attached below. The first part is to question my miscomment. Wrong scores. The second part is to question the misunderstanding between me and your store. Both are skeptical remarks. Please also think about this approach and mentality. In addition, I want to say that a one-star rating does not represent everyone. But even if you don’t like your store, you don’t have to be so excited. It’s not that changing a comment will make others think about your store. Some of your art-study friends who have visited your store more or less have said that they don’t want to visit your store again. For consumption, I think even if I give a five-star rating today, my friends are not willing to visit your store again.

應該是全員林態度最差的一間影印店,我講的是事實,要不是對面是國小,我真的不相信有人會想去這裡影印,影印價錢也沒比較便宜,老闆態度也有夠不屑,再也不會來這間光顧
