首先蓋子打開來，映入眼簾的是完美的金黃色，熱騰騰一口咬下，表皮的焦香味和肉香在口中散發
皮雖然稍微有一點點點點小厚，但煎的酥脆美味，加上內餡的油份，連肉帶皮一同咬下，其實已經很足以潤滑鍋貼皮和內餡咀嚼時的摩擦。

豬肉清爽可口，完全沒有令人退步三舍的肉腥味，不但有蔥與高麗菜結合的香氣，連帶油分都剛剛好，
個人習慣不使用沾醬，而曾家屬於單吃就十分美味的鍋貼，整整10顆，享用完很滿足！
