★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次給店家負評就在季優，可以理解處理有問題的帳款需要時間，不是不能等待，但負責取貨的服務人員開啟第二機台幫忙處理結帳時，直接從第四順位的客人開始處理，讓前三位客人苦等結帳的操作方式讓人無法理解，那排隊是排好玩的嗎？想說提醒一下這位店員，被回「等一下好嗎」的口氣態度更讓人感到不開心，店家要不斷成長有賴於員工共同維持，希望妳們能好好改進，起碼要有規則！
 The first time I gave a negative review to the store was in Jiyou. I understand that it takes time to process the problematic account. It is not that you can’t wait, but when the service staff in charge of picking up the second machine opens the second machine to help with the checkout, they go directly to the fourth place. The guests started to deal with it, and the operation method of the first three guests waiting for the checkout was incomprehensible. Is queuing fun? I want to remind this clerk that the "wait a minute" attitude is even more unhappy. The continuous growth of the store depends on the common maintenance of the employees. I hope you can make improvements, at least with rules!
