★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在台南西門店訂購蛋糕，當日去領卻告知沒貨，等我們的人都回程了，才打電話告知是交班沒交好，可以給我們九折優惠，雖然貴店想補償，但這是心情上的問題，因為貴店的問題影響到一家人的過年心情以及慶生行程，這不是錢能解決的，希望貴店對於人員訓練上可以更加用心。

不怎麼好吃
買了葡萄玫瑰荔枝塔，除了葡萄都不好吃，沒有玫瑰或荔枝的味道，整個非常死甜
裝潢也像快倒一樣

當時店員和我說「他的餡是玫瑰口味」，荔枝部分可能是我記錯在此道歉但我很確信他說玫瑰餡==
整個就很無言，其他商品沒有吃過，看起來很色素所以不想碰想說都進店了就買一個，選了一個看起來最正常的
