◆涼拌豬排米線（$80）
米線先泡水再用沸水煮過，疫情期間看到這樣的烹煮手法覺得很安心。米線上面放了九層塔、青木瓜絲與些許花生顆粒，加入特製調味料後十分有味道且好吃，重點是相當清爽阿！
豬排的部分雖然少了一點，但拿來點綴米線配著吃倒是不錯。
