My control valve was broken half a year ago and I replaced it with a new one. Ask the relevant personnel about the replacement process. Three months ago, it broke and replaced it with a new one. The manufacturer didn't tell me that this item has a one-year warranty, and charged me a fee. Only after asking someone else did I know that it has a one-year warranty. This thing broke again last week, and I agreed with the original factory to fix it at a time, but the appointment was missed, and then I didn't answer the phone. The above-mentioned manufacturers’ personnel were all sought by the head office and responded to the head office. The head office actually said, "Please contact the manufacturer yourself." It was a joke to see his company philosophy.

It can only be said that the company that wants to install solar energy needs to think about it. The service is super bad. The water leaked after about six years of installation. In the seventh year, we asked them to look at it. In the end, they said that the bucket was gone. In the eighth year, he Still saying that the bucket is gone, now it’s moving towards the big liter count (7-9 people), and the 6-person’s is gone. I am really angry, so I asked their company staff if they would change to a new big liter count. Now there are more and more small families in society. If it breaks again six or seven years after I install it, I have to repair it. In other words, now there are mostly small families, so there are no large liters. If you need to replace the whole group, then we don’t need it at all. It’s not more economical or energy-efficient to change solar energy at all. The company has to do long-term maintenance, rather than replace the whole set if something breaks. It is not protecting consumers at all. I am very disappointed with this company. Adding a photo proves that I really have a pretense. This is my personal experience.
