C	Chi Wei Tsai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review一下之前的評論，怎麼這麼兩極? 今天和老婆點了老饕和菲力各一客綜合來說在口味上的嘗試和表現上對得起這個價位的呀如果用extreme fine cusine 的標準下去要求我覺得太為難了干貝草莓的腥味壓制得很好，jelly口感非常滑順冷湯的表現也很好，微酸舒服的在口腔內漫開牛排我認為中規中矩，我個人傾向梅納反應更強烈一點但今日的我也覺得好吃，比較油肥的部位我就比較吃不下，畢竟下午還有吃臭豆腐? 甜點的部分幾乎可以作為主力了，瑪德蓮覆盆子檸檬塔泡芙馬卡龍布蕾都沒有失敗難得我正餐後還可以完食甜點? 是我會想要帶朋友回訪的店家，也期待下一個版本的菜單??
