本人以前曾來過可是 是很多年前的事情了,最近才又去買保護手指的護具,所以又來到了 動力主義 裏去看商品嘍!結果我相中了一個護手指的護具,於是我就買回家試試看,結果一試之後就覺得買這個值得了。( 如果評語好的話,再回來點到滿星嘍! )

前陣子帶姪女到店裡買鞋我老婆也順便買了兩雙鞋子,但店員表示其中一雙沒有尺寸需調貨,我們也同意了也結帳買單,過兩天店員來電告知鞋子調到了於是我們找了時間過去拿鞋,但檢查的時候發現鞋面有脫膠現象,當時女店員問我老婆會不會介意?假如介意的話要幫我們換一雙新的,當下我老婆表示會(粉色的膠黏在白色網面上很明顯)於是店員答應再幫我們調別雙,等鞋到會再通知我們,所以我們這趟鞋也沒拿成等於白跑了一趟⋯ 隔天我妹帶我姪女去店裡換鞋子(因她覺得我前幾天帶我姪女去買的鞋太合腳想換大一號)但沒想到店員居然在沒告知也未經過我老婆同意的情況下擅自作主讓我妹把這雙有脫膠的鞋子又帶了回來?‍♀️?‍♀️⋯不是說好要換雙沒瑕疵的給我們嗎?我十分肯定這是同一雙雖然你們有試著把鞋面處理一下,但污損痕跡仍在啊你們怎麼會覺得我們會看不出來呢?怎麼可以這樣呼攏客人呢?趁著我家人去換鞋偷偷請不知情的家人把同一雙瑕疵的鞋帶回來又是什麼心態??可以這樣嗎? 想當然爾我老婆拿到鞋子的當下也是傻眼,也打了電話到店裡反應這鞋子跟當初有瑕疵的鞋明明就是同一雙啊是在莊肖維嗎???這名男店員推說這名女店員是新來的不懂處理流程電話中也承諾說要幫我們處理調貨等調到鞋再通知我們過去換鞋。誰知道反應至今已經過了一個禮拜音訊全無沒有下文,推諉卸責不負責任的處理態度真的讓人失望,完全沒有誠意要讓客人換鞋跟解決客人的問題!假如做不到一開始就不要答應客人換鞋啊。之前覺得你們的服務態度很好才會時常到你們店裡消費的但危機處理真的不行敷衍拖延、消極被動欺騙消費者的處理方式讓人覺得心寒。

3/5至店內購物,結帳後走出門口觸發防盜柵欄警報,店內有人用台語喊:偷拿東西啦;結果是店員沒有把已結帳的衣服磁扣消磁導致,事後這位女性店員的處理態度不佳,只有在我問起那個聲音是電腦語音還是有人亂喊才說了一句不好意思,讓人感覺非常差,開開心心付錢買衣服結果被當成小偷,想必沒有人會覺得好過。 回家後越想越生氣,所以跑來這裡評一顆星 不管你們會不會增強員工教育訓練或是改善SOP都沒差,反正我不會再去了
