點了2000服務費外加的溫玉套餐還有雞肉刺身,套餐份量還可以,不過中間有一道豬肉和和牛接連著上,瞬間覺得有點膩,但服務人員馬上招待一杯抹茶酒解油膩,本身不太喝酒的但是覺得滿貼心。還有少見的雞肉刺身,一邊是炙燒過一邊是有料理過可以直接吃,覺得炙燒的吃起來有點沒味道,料理過的有點太搶味道,雞肉本身不出彩。湯品部分是大蛤蜊魚肉湯,蛤蜊還不錯但是柚子皮有點多?然後魚肉太老了吃起來好硬。 用餐環境不錯,中午時刻不吵,上菜速度真的是有一點點需要等一下?

之前就有注意過這間外觀樸實的割烹料理,再去吃之前有看過評價,幾乎全是負面的,所以很怕踩雷,幸好有朋友吃過,詢問過心得後決定親自造訪一次 ,再多的聽說也比不上吃完後自己說。 今天大約8點才到,沒有預約 走進後是一座日系小庭院,沒有太多的造景,簡單而樸實。 可能因為是星期一,所以並沒有客人,害我以為今天是不是提早打烊,幸好服務生看到便立刻親切的招呼,入座後詢問是否是初次用餐,並且細心的介紹菜單。 因為是一個人吃,所以點了極上溫玉套餐加單點秋刀魚刺身 餐點在烹調上沒有過多的調味,能品嘗食材的本味,除了對自身食材的自信,也考驗著廚師的火候,今天一整個品嘗下來能感受到主廚的用心,並且份量也是十分足夠,令人因象深刻的是最後主食飯的部分,義大利生產的松露是在上菜後現場在客人面前削片,足足半顆的量。 上菜的速度也能配合用餐速度,不會讓人等太久或是上的太快無法仔細品嘗。 服務的方面,每樣菜服務生均會介紹,包括食材種類、烹調方式、佐料等等均會說明。 整體來說,沒有到大部分評論的那麼糟糕,我是指差評的部分,雖然用餐時間、人數多寡等等各種原因都會形成各種狀況,造成用餐體驗糟糕或是良好的狀況,但還是不能影響我想吃美食的腳步。 唯一覺得可惜的是沒有吃到雞肉刺身。 雖然價位偏高,但確實值得造訪的店。
