地下停車場只給員工停,行動不便的患者只能停戶外,貴院有考慮下雨時有多不方便嗎? 戶外停車場車位少又沒管制,常常是滿的狀態。 停車場在後門,入院測體溫也在後門,出院卻只能從前門,你們的病患多是行動不便的人,要出去還要推輪椅繞一大圈,有夠瞎。 遇過3個掛號批價的小姐們臉都很臭。

員郭醫院真的很爛,今天去打第三劑疫苗,等了快一小時醫生才出來,把單子拿過去直接在上面蓋章,連確認名字和簡單的問診都沒有,直接打勾適合接種,難道員郭的醫生可以通靈,護士打完針也沒把大家留下觀察,直接讓人回家。 比之前打疫苗的小診所還爛。

早上打電話詢問莫德納有沒有疫苗可以施打,接聽人員跟我說有,現場有隨到隨打,還貼心提醒要帶健保卡跟小黃卡,過沒幾分鐘,我又打第二通詢問前兩劑是莫德納,第三劑也可以嗎?小姐告訴我可以,看自己的選擇,我就說馬上過去便掛斷了!趕到現場卻變成要預約,掛號小姐說不可能說隨到隨打,是我聽錯了!電話都有錄音可以調出來聽,妳們自己的失誤卻要怪別人,到櫃台預約,小姐的態度也冷漠到好像我們是來找碴的,多跑一趟就算了還要看小姐臉色,真是夠了?

醫院蠻偏僻的,但是交通還算好到,只是不在員林市中心,裡面沒有超商,只有一樓有小七的販賣機,如果要找超商要走路大概十分鐘才會找到,所以說在這裡要買吃的非常不容易,不是那種走出醫院周遭就會有各種小吃的地點。 醫院內設備看起來還算新穎,護理人員態度都很誠懇,蠻好聊天的,都很關心客人的病情,但是相對的工作人員態度就有點不好,因為訂餐的問題,工作人員一副很不耐煩的樣子,難道多詢問一下會怎樣嗎? 最後來講明顯的缺點 第一:辦理住院的櫃台在五樓,走進電梯待了一段時間卻無法上樓,了解之後才發現原來要感應卡,那醫院應該就要把辦理住院的地方改在一樓而不是五樓。 第二:這也是我最要抗議的一點,蠻誇張的,因為外傭齋戒月的關係一天只能吃晚餐一餐,因此我們只想幫外傭訂晚餐,結果那工作人員態度一副不耐煩的樣子一直說不行,說甚麼一次就是要訂一整天這是規定,然後問說有沒有收據憑證之類的也說沒有,而且還堅持收現金,好吧我可以理解這其實不是它的問題,只能說醫院訂餐制度有非常大的漏洞,才會堅持要住院家屬訂餐一次就要三餐全訂。 第三:只能後門進前門出,有夠不方便的啦!醫院還是狹長型,前門走出來還要繞旁邊小小小小小條一人大小的走道走回後面去,其他醫院都是同一個門可以進去只是分兩邊。

今天去打疫苗,深深感受到素質的差距,台中的醫生跟李明倫統誠都會問診,稍微看一下問一下狀況,就只有貴醫院醫生出來問個姓名就打了,老婆只是問一下醫生怎麼都沒看一下,櫃檯的護士還幫腔說有問題自己要說,態度不能說不好啦對得起一顆星,2022年2月25號下午3點停車場側入口的櫃檯櫃姐,説是護士怕污辱南丁格爾了!

員林地區以復健為主的醫院,也有一般的家醫科。 因為手部關節不舒服,來看復健科,掛了副院長陳醫生的號(之前有在林口的一家醫院看過,但因為要長期復健,所以在本地醫院繼續治療)。 陳醫生非常的仔細,雖然病歷表上已經有我的詳細資料,陳醫生仍然仔細的問診,評估和建議,問診的時間也是我在林口看診的許多倍,非常的專業和盡責。 二樓復健中心的一位物理復健師(女)是負責我的物理治療,更是非常仔細的教導我一些伸展,放鬆的動作,不是只是簡單的照著醫生開的療程去做而已,會詢問在一般日常生活中是哪些地方/動作,造成不適,會教導如何避免及預防。 醫院雖然不在市中心,但交通便利,有專屬停車場,附近巷弄也方便停車。候診室也有服務人員可以諮詢幫助。

Although the hospital is not located in the city center, the transportation is convenient, there is a dedicated parking lot, and the nearby alleys are also convenient for parking. There are also service staff available in the waiting room for assistance.
