店內環境明亮乾淨，上菜速度快，麵條新鮮、肉燥煮的入味，拉仔麵必備蒜泥，其他店家多半加水稀釋，這間店準備的很有誠意，推薦！

找了好幾家拉仔麵發現有些是沒有淋肉燥，個人比較喜歡有肉燥版本，果然沒有選錯家，還可以點半碗非常適合想吃一點點的人。
環境很乾淨，包含廁所也很乾淨，老闆夫妻也蠻親切。
里肌尾必點，老闆說這部位量很少成本高，使用的店家不多，全台大約員林最多小吃店使用，很軟嫩，好吃。
豬血的口感也是有挑過的，曾經吃過很可怕的口感。
雖然這家不是最多人介紹報導的，但我非常推薦！
經過絕對會去吃一碗！
