★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭像是白開水煮的一樣，不像是牛肉熬出來的，沒有牛肉麵該有的香氣與口感，上廁所時看見旁邊擺著冷凍牛肉塊，想必就是主因了，更令人失望的是，牛肉捲餅竟然是大賣場賣的那種冷凍牛肉起士捲，烤箱烤一烤就上桌了，而非傳統的蔥餅捲牛肉，雖然老闆很親切，但是這樣不紮實的功夫，真的不會想再吃第二次。

只是最難過的是酸菜不夠酸味道也很怪 我很少吃酸菜會吃不下去的 今年第一家。原本沒吃到酸菜應該給四星但我吃到酸菜只給兩星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭屬清燉的 喝起來不會很鹹也不會太淡剛剛好 麵條很Q 肉比較不大塊而已 至今已吃6年了 員林牛肉麵那麼多間 還是這間最合口味
