★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第二代接手後,用餐空間變得比較好,也改用POS機處理點餐,標準化流程。不過,口味就跟很多第二代接手的狀況一樣,認為是簡化流程,但卻少了脈絡的思考,例如:一、川燙麵條時,使用筷子攪動或將瀝水勺上下敲動,為的是讓麵條較易散開,可以均勻的加熱,避免麵條沾黏成一團。但是,不知道第二代是不是覺得太麻煩或不想要手腕因此有職業傷害,所以就直接丟著煮,口感差矣。
二、外帶乾麵醬料附著問題,因為乾麵醬料是最後放入,前任老闆會在最後以長筷快速攪拌,讓醬料均勻附著。但不知道第二代是不是覺得太麻煩或不想要手腕因此有職業傷害,所以淋上醬料後就封口,導致醬料附著在一側,造成有沾附到醬料的部分過鹹,而其他部分都沒有味道。
