★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/30左右向員林彰藝科技送一台華碩FX553V筆電,這台筆電連進BIOS都很緩慢,一個星期後詢問彰藝科技這台筆電處裡的方式。
彰藝科技工程師告知主機板南橋及另一個晶片故障,詢問是否要用修板方式還是換板子,為了確保之後很怪異狀況,告知換板處理。
彰藝科技也報價5500元,電話上詢問完成時間,需等待四週後。
兩個星期後這台筆電的使用者詢問筆電何時完成,再次詢問彰藝,很詭異的他們詢問是要修板還是換板,當下也說目前看起來還是"堪用"是不是先送回!
既然人家已經托送修,也是希望修好趕快送回。
9/25發信詢問,當天是星期日。隔週再次問彰藝,接下來回答我不曉得別人聽到是不是能接受?
彰藝回覆:因為板子是從大陸尋找,因為疫情無法確定甚麼時候能拿到!
我詢問當初交期不是2至4週嗎?彰藝最後回覆:因為不想得罪廠商,避免之後他們必須依賴廠商,所以退回。
在這我必需說明,這台筆電是一位單親媽媽的筆電,她需要這台筆電接洽美編平面工作為生,因為彰藝一直沒有主動回覆筆電狀況。
導致預計想接洽案子必需都推遲掉,如果當下是個位感受如何?彰藝管理部黃經理事後撥電話表示,他們並沒有錯誤也沒有要道歉意思!
讓我感覺彰藝寧願得罪客人,更不願意得罪廠商。
12/8一台HP彩色雷射列表機損壞,再請彰藝協助維修,當下外勤業務告至如果沒有零件無法維修。這台列表機購買並未超過五年機器。
有認知的資訊人員都知道超過10年以上機器才有可能沒有零件更換,且他們業務也說彰藝都自己修列表機,本身也是他們強項,因該沒有問題!
隔週三詢問,說無法修送回在解釋,送回當下探試意思,因為筆電事情彰藝不願意再針對我協助任何維修。
至於長期向他們購買商品可以維修,意思他們只願意賣東西,不願意維修服務。
12/7私訊彰藝科技黃首圖總經理,回覆下周上班再了解狀況,後續私訊詢問黃總經理是否方便通話,至今訊息已讀不回。
以上如果是各位認為錯誤是誰?今天廠商可以選擇是否服務對象,但我認知筆電錯誤是彰藝,後續把人列為黑名單會不會太過分。
當初筆電事情並不打算公開,因為列表機事情讓人非常生氣,公開彰藝對於顧客服務的態度。

On 12/8, an HP color laser list machine was damaged. Please ask Zhang Yi to assist in the repair. The field business now reports that it cannot be repaired if there are no parts. This list machine has not been purchased for more than five years.
Knowledgeable information personnel know that it is possible for the machine to have no parts replacement for more than 10 years, and their business also says that Zhangyi repairs the computer by itself, which is their strength, because there should be no problem!
