★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看醫生最主要醫生夠貼心，會耐心跟病人講述病情及建議如何治療等，其他的醫院所看過的醫生，很少跟病人交談，好像趕時間一樣，話問沒幾句，就下一位。羅醫師就是如此有耐心的人,羅醫師人很好，又善談，常保持笑容。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自己寫周六、日全天門診，到場一樓人員表示有營業，須至到二樓掛號。到二樓竟然寫"骨科請至一樓掛號"，而且還說沒看診。不對的時間該修改了吧?？標示和人員是否也該修正呀？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中醫.骨科掛號處小姐不曉得妳是不是新來的；是說妳應該要先把掛號的人都先完成掛號，讓老年人先掛號完可以坐下來等看診，妳再去忙你後續手邊的工作，不是回我樓上診間還有人還沒看到診，你想你是讓受傷或要復健的老年人為了掛號站著一整排排隊等20-30分鐘還在等，結果樓上醫生說樓下怎麼很多人怎麼還沒上來看診

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛、 差勁、 態度差，這是我這兩次回診的感受，以前醫師給人的感覺很好，對他評價很高，現在則反之，負評價，余姓復健師，從以前態度就很差，想不到，現在連醫師的態度都是如此糟糕，所以這家骨科診所，完全不推，我現在終於可以了解，為何患者會流失的這麼快，想必這就是原因吧！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來看診，醫生一直推銷自費治療儀器，確定我沒有要花費用使用儀器就講沒幾句話，匆匆忙忙說要去接小孩，留下我和電腦桌前忙著輸入病例的護士！？！？一堆問號的我只能把剩下的問題跟護士討論。
第二次回診，醫生還是推銷了自費治療儀器，邊看診邊滑手機，依然是口頭控制護士打電腦病例，問了好幾個問題醫生才終於才把視線離開手機…
很慶幸不用再回診了，第一次遇到這麽「做自己」的醫生，好傻眼！
