★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 榨菜肉絲麵很不錯 大骨胡椒湯底很好吃 豬肝麵也很好 豬肝嫩 還內附香菇菠菜赤肉條和新鮮蔥花(無蔥臭味) 料很豐富 價錢也漂亮 口味已接近日本拉麵的水平 湯麵類才是此店的招牌 值得給5星
鍋貼配上店內好吃辣椒則是中上水平給4星 稍優於八方和四海 但也不特別出眾
The mustard pork noodles are very good. The big bone pepper soup is delicious. The pork liver noodles are also very good. The pork liver is tender. It comes with mushrooms, spinach, red pork strips and fresh green onion (no green onion smell). The ingredients are rich and the price is beautiful. The level of ramen noodle soup is the signature of this restaurant and deserves 5 stars
The pot stickers with the delicious chili in the store is the upper-middle level and 4 stars, slightly better than Bafang and Sihai, but not particularly outstanding.
