★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去挖耳垢 醫生先吸在夾 痛得我受不了 後來弄不出來 只給我一瓶藥水回去點讓耳垢融化(不是耳滴劑) 態度很不好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天醫生說我左耳有很硬的耳屎要挖出來 一開始挖我就說有點痛，他說叫我忍耐一下，後來越挖越痛，我都快流眼淚了， 結果也沒挖出來， 後來只給了我一瓶藥水回去滴 。哇嘞，你一開始挖不出來就算了，還硬要挖，搞得我原本是壓耳朵才會痛，被你挖完之後不用碰就會痛，你一開始就直接給我藥水不就好了，搞得我耳朵現在更痛，早知道就去國泰了。

但櫃檯服務人員要再加強，進來門診後站在櫃檯前面很久要掛號，小姐只顧聊天完全不理人，後面有人進來直接插隊，小姐也無視直接幫他們掛號，讓人感覺很差！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/2晚間，連問了兩間耳鼻喉科診所，對方都用疫情為由拒絕幫忙處理魚刺卡喉嚨的問題，說病人拿掉口罩他們會怕，拒收病人，還叫我們去大醫院掛號或急診處理，違反輕重分流原則。
後來問到潘耳鼻喉，沒有像先前兩間診所用奇奇怪怪的一堆理由拒絕看診，很順利地掛號就診，也順利取出魚刺了。過程中，醫師和護理師都很有耐心。
事後有問醫師，有耳鼻喉科診所以疫情為由，不幫處理魚刺，這是合理的嗎？潘耳鼻喉的醫師很明確地表示沒有這回事。

When asked about Pan's ear, nose and throat, he didn't refuse to see a doctor for a bunch of reasons like the previous two clinics. He registered for a doctor without a hitch, and the fishbone was removed without a hitch. During the process, doctors and nurses were very patient.
Afterwards, I asked the doctor that some ENT clinics did not help with the fishbone treatment because of the epidemic. Is this reasonable? Pan's ENT doctor made it clear that there was no such thing.
