第一次知道這家店是在吳柏毅上,於是就打了電話過去訂餐。 很多人會說健康餐盒都大同小異,但其實還是可以很明顯分出高下的,現煮食我個人認為就算是箇中佼佼者,很多健康餐盒都會流於過度調味,以為用了水煮,鹽、胡椒就可以隨意磨了爆灑一波,但其實這樣鈉攝取量大概隨隨便便都超標。 「根據衛生福利部建議,成人每日鈉總攝取量不要超過2400毫克(即食鹽6公克),世界衛生組織更是嚴格到食鹽5.8公克,認真說起來大多數時候我們都吃太鹹了,減鈉減鹽,維護心血管健康從妳我做起。」 最後回到正題,這家吃下來屬於比較清淡的類型,當天點了好幾樣大都在可接受的調味範圍,值得再回訪。 另外,這裡的餐盒真的好神奇啊XDDD
