何	何欣芸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 也是陪爸爸南下進貨臨時找爸爸約會來著，2個人進去吃有點擔心點太多吃不完，我又是個容易暈車的咖～點了牛肉湯底，一份普通牛，拿了幾盤青菜，湯送上後我丟了拿的蔬菜通通下去～湯一滾就先喝湯底，是我喜歡的清燉熬製高湯底，沒什麼奇怪的人工味道（平常口味比較重的人可能沒辦法），後來燙了一些牛肉吃～真的鮮嫩啊！若食材的品質蠻好的我不喜歡沾醬料吃，所以醬料區的部分我沒有去看但是我知道有許多醬料可以使用，碗筷都是自助的。 I also accompany my dad to go south to buy goods and find my dad on a temporary date. Speaks volumes of the quality of the meat they have at the price point. Fantastic food with fresh ingredients. Absolutely love the place. Only downside is that they get crowded early and have very limited seating and parking space. Remember to call in and secure yourself a place early! Many regulars frequent the place and these guys have been around for awhile. If you've not tried this Taiwan special, do have it on your must try list
