★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿姨烤的玉米真的超好吃，不僅醬料入味又帶著剛剛好的碳焦味！！價格算起來也跟一般夜市賣得差不多，實在超級推！不過建議大家在剛烤好，玉米還冒著熱氣的時候就吃，因為冷了之後會慢慢變硬，原本Q彈的口感會變成是乾硬，本來的美味會走樣，實在很可惜⋯所以趁熱吃很重要喔～

路過社頭菜市場發現這家「生」烤玉米, 玉米屬於小硬偏Q軟, 但不是軟到像玉米水煮完再去烤的那樣, 醬料有蒜頭很提味也偏甜, 阿姨也很親切, 吃起來會有一總媽媽的味道. 北斗/田中/田尾/社頭, 大概除了田尾公路花園假日一整條街在賣烤玉米外, 平常日好像只有社頭這邊有生烤玉米.
整體來說很棒, 個人小小建議的地方是, 素食的玉米跟葷食的玉米是共用一個烤網, 若吃很純素的消費者也許會排斥.
I am from Central China, I have lived in Tainan for almost 10 years and Hsinchu for more than three years.
Passing through the Shetou market, I found this "raw" grilled corn. The corn is small and hard and soft, but not as soft as corn that is boiled and then grilled. The sauce has garlic that is very flavorful and sweet, and my aunt is also very good. Kind, it tastes like a mother. Beidou/Tanaka/Tianwei/Shetou, except for the whole street of Tianwei Highway Garden Holiday selling grilled corn, it seems that only Shetou has raw grilled corn on weekdays.
Overall, it's great. My personal suggestion is that vegetarian corn and meat-eating corn share the same grill, and consumers who eat very vegan may reject it.
