★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從小到大都很支持大苑子，雖然不常光顧，但也辦了會員卡，甚至下載App 。今天第二次使用App點餐，卻得到不愉快的經驗。App點餐系統分明有註明取餐時間，到現場結完帳之後，點餐的店員要我等一下，然後就到後方支援。我本來沒有想很多，以為App點餐也是到現場才開始調製飲料，結果別人的飲料都做好了，就是沒輪到我。過了一下另一位店員才問我是點什麼飲料，可能發現我一直看手錶一臉不耐煩吧！結果我的飲料早就做好了，被冰在冰箱裡面...看來店員點餐的流程還是需要多加訓練，為什麼App點餐客人的單不用確認是不是已經做好了？那我用App點餐有什麼意義？真是令人失望！
I have been supporting Dayuanzi since childhood. Although I do n’t frequent them, I also have a membership card and even download the app. Ordering with the app for the second time today, I got an unpleasant experience. The app's ordering system clearly indicates the time for ordering meals. After paying the bill at the scene, the ordering staff asked me to wait, and then came to the back to support. I didn't think about it a lot. I thought that the app ordering came to the scene before starting to prepare drinks. As a result, everyone else's drinks were ready, but it was not my turn. After another clerk asked me what drink I was ordering, I might find I'm impatient looking at the watch! As a result, my beverage was already prepared and was frozen in the refrigerator ... It seems that the ordering process of the clerk still needs more training. Why does the app ordering customer's order need not be confirmed? What's the point of ordering with my app? What a disappointment!

在2021/2/12再點了三杯，7分一杯5分兩杯喝起來也跟無糖一樣
第一次還可以原諒，第二次還一樣到底是怎麼搞的?有夠難喝 跟之前訂的味道完全不一樣
I ordered the guava lemon with pandas in January and it tasted like no sugar.
I ordered three more cups on 2021/2/12, 7 points, 5 points, two cups, and it tastes like no sugar
I can forgive it the first time, but the second time it’s the same. How did it happen? It’s hard to drink. The taste is completely different from the previous order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不只店員服務態度佳，外送服務也不錯，雖然飲料很普通，但是服務態度是會讓人想再去購買的。（by the way⋯求金吉檸檬再上市?）
Not only the clerk's service attitude is good, but the delivery service is also good. Although the drinks are ordinary, the service attitude makes people want to buy again. (By the way... Seeking Jinji Lemon to be listed again ?)
