★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大部分仍是空地，整個園區的完成度大約30%左右。已經種了不少數樹木，一個大水池尚未啟用，整體來說沒什麼好看的，適合遛狗吧！草地上種了一大片波斯菊，可以拍網美照。（等完工後再重新評價）
