★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神明靈驗，廟宇莊嚴，問事也很準。非常推崇的一間廟。一顆星給的是服務人員（2/22晚間的男性櫃檯人員，楊*奇），因為不清楚問事規則，多問幾次後態度非常不佳，不耐煩，甚至輕拍桌子，有服務熱忱是好事但是待人的態度需要改善！也希望廟方能提醒該人員

之前因爲外國選手帶此帽贏得冠軍因而聲名大噪。台灣彰化縣埔鹽鄉廟宇，主祀玄天上帝，俗稱「帝爺公」（上帝公）。
2019/9/8，挪威鐵人三項選手古斯塔夫·伊登因頭戴印有「埔鹽順澤宮」的帽子參加世界半程鐵人三項錦標賽奪冠，出名。
領帽時需要排隊，手寫填寫資料，才能領帽子。只有一位工作人員服務，排隊大約要20-30分鍾。
