★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 論我吃過的北平烤鴨這算3顆星，爆香太草率，雖是重口味的東西，爆香也不能馬虎，這樣才能有足夠的香氣，確實臉太臭，一副事事不順，剛跟人吵完架的臉，要用這樣的臉工作，確實很辛苦。
