"Historical building Xihuzhuang Stadium" is located in the center of Xihu Town. It was built in the Showa 10 (1935). It was changed to the office building of Xihu Town after CE 1945. The exterior of the building is geometrically shaped, showing the architectural style of "Art Deco." The façade roof is a mountain-shaped daughter wall. There are three arched openings under the mountain wall and there are embossed grass rolls. The shape is elegant and simple. It is one of the contemporary classic art buildings. Before the town office was relocated to the new site, this building has been the administrative center of Xihu Town, with its historical and cultural value and significance of the times. With the growth of many local people in Xihu, it has become an important living memory for the people in Xihu. In view of the great historical and cultural value of Xihuzhuang Zhuangchang, the Changhua County Government registered it as a historic building in 1991, and then went through the follow-up restoration planning in accordance with the cultural asset preservation and restoration procedures. The first phase of investigation and research was completed in 1997, and later in In 107, the second phase of the restoration project planning and design was completed, and the procurement process of the Xihu Town Office was completed. The construction period is about 540 calendar days. The restoration is expected to be completed in the middle of 110 years. After the restoration, it will also follow the county's cultural policy, focus on deepening cultural heritage and innovation, strengthen the preservation and activation of cultural assets, and counsel the town office to promote it to be a cultural asset. Revitalized important bases, combined with the surrounding cultural asset landscapes, such as the Xihu Sugar Factory Fifth Station, Xihu Public School, and other spaces, have become Xihu Town's cultural tourism landmarks and created new highlights of Changhua's cultural assets. Xihu Zhuang Zhuang Yard has been an important local administrative center from the past. The local place has attached great importance to its historical significance from top to bottom. The county government registered the Xi Hu Zhuang Yard as a historical building in 1991. After completing the first phase of research and investigation, it won The Ministry of Culture subsidized 22.95 million yuan, the county government cooperated with 7.65 million yuan, and the Xihu Township Office compiled a self-raised fund of 7.65 million yuan for a total of 38.25 million yuan to start the restoration and preservation project. It is believed that after the restoration is completed, it will be a good field for local cultural and historical work. In the future, accounting plans will also be used to connect surrounding rivers and lakes sugar factories and public schools to create new attractions for light travel.
