睽違了九年,重新再開幕的老店-鄉親羊肉店,一進門就聽到旁邊兩桌都是從其他縣市特地前來的客人! 薑絲的羊肉爐湯非常清澈,內有當歸及枸杞等中藥材,淡淡中藥香配上帶皮的羊肉塊,超級美味;涮溫體羊肉片沒有過多調味,很嫩好吃。 燒烤羊肉、炒羊肝香氣超棒,很下飯 所有的羊肉都沒有羊騷味! 超推薦給不敢嘗試羊肉的人來嚐看看~

很推薦的美味店家,乾麵線有別於其他羊肉爐,香噴噴的油蔥麵線超好吃,熱炒綜合也是滿滿都是料,帶皮羊肉爐裡頭的肉塊皮很Q有膠質,沾醬回甘不死鹹,羊肉爐真材實料,而且店家態度親切,聽說是以前老店重開,難怪味道很到位,很滿意的用餐經驗,推薦!燒烤羊肉好像是該店的特色餐點,但這次只有兩人用餐實在吃不完,下次一定要點來試試~

好吃~ 老闆也很親切 還會來教你怎麼燙肉片才不會太老 羊皮也是燉到有夠Q的 麵線也是好吃 燒烤的羊肉也好吃 就沒有難吃的東西XD 而且老闆自己醃的蘿蔔超解膩 他人好好 看我們對那個醃蘿蔔很有興趣 還特別寫了作法跟比例給我們

好店家,幾點建議,鍋子改大鍋,顧客容易放料,淺鍋很麻煩。三層肉,建議醬料可放碟,每個人需求醬料量不同,以這盤來說,盤邊沾到醬料的肉片已過多。麵線份量大且足夠,但希望有純麻油口味與簡單調味方式可選擇,雖然沒有店家這麽做,但畢竟這是羊肉爐店的主食,許多菜單上的料理已經是濃郁口味,再吃調味滿滿的麵線會膩。燒烤羊肉,若再次惠顧我不會選擇,比起涮羊肉片,燒烤羊肉肉質老了許多,可考慮改稍微小份,讓品質精緻些。羊肝個人感覺可以更熟點,不太習慣太生。總體上會想再去的店家,但不會懷念到特地跑一趟,小細節問題而已,會懷念的店家往往差異就在幾道菜的差異。 個人評價是4.2。

Full face line will be greasy. BBQ mutton, if I visit again, I will not choose it. Compared with the mutton slices, the meat quality of BBQ mutton is much older, so consider changing to a slightly smaller portion to make the quality more refined. I personally feel that the lamb liver can be more cooked, and I am not used to being too raw. In general, I would like to go to the store again, but I will not miss it until I make a special trip. 4.5顆星 老店重新開幕由二代接手,環境乾淨舒適 烤羊肉香氣十足必點?? 炒羊雜特別又夠味必點??? 第一次吃到羊大腸、羊粉腸、羊肝都好吃 藥膳湯底清而不淡好喝,喝完不口渴 羊肉也很清甜好吃?帶骨的部分也很大塊肉很多 店家特製辣椒跟羊肉非常搭配? 就是也有一定的價格,份量不算多 停車略顯不便 但整體而言還是非常推薦 是目前溪湖覺得最好吃的羊肉店

消費日期111/05/23朋友介紹、溪湖很多羊肉爐第一次到這家、進門感覺地方小了些看來是開很久的店、環境乾淨、東西好吃、除了新鮮、口味也獨特、闆娘非常客氣友善、價錢也公道、有機會經過的朋友可以吃看看 (我不喜歡吃羊肉的人都覺的好吃)?? 111/06/09真的回家馬上呼朋引伴從苗栗再飛下去、很不巧的、闆娘說因爲疫情暫時休息。疫情嚴重、希望大家一起加油、也希望這麼好吃的食物不要休息太久喔
