★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1976年4月21日，南下觀光號於彰化縣大村車站南方過溝平交道，撞上闖越平交道之彰化客運大村國中學生專車，共41人死亡，41人輕重傷。事後大村鄉建立一個淑女祠紀念其中16名女學生。
On April 21, 1976, the No. Sightseeing No. 1 crossed the ditch crossing at the south of Dacun Station in Changhua County and ran into the Changhua Passenger Transportation Dacun Junior High School Special Bus. A total of 41 people were killed and 41 seriously injured. Afterwards, Dacun Township established a lady shrine to commemorate 16 female students.
