麵的Q度很剛好 好吃
但吃的時候感覺少一個味道
一個 香味吧（我有點小辣了）
不是不好吃 但就是有一個感覺
可能蒜頭
可能烏醋
可能鍋氣
可能沒入味
其實我也不太清楚
但我知道他炒麵的時候
用的是超大火
火會跑進鍋子的那種
鰻魚有骨頭的口感
雖然這是正常的
但感覺有點太硬
炒麵不會炒到乾
吃完還可以喝兩口湯
