週一上午等到下午遲遲不見要安排拖車，一通電話也沒有，回電不下數十通電話，還是無法給予正確可拖車時間，改安排週二，整天還是沒有任何來電，只能乾等兩天整。
如果無法準時或取消，可提前通知，沒有感受到正確的服務心態，都是由我方自行電話聯絡，非常不可取
