但是肉盤部分要特別拿出來講，肉的鮮度真的不錯，和輕井澤石二鍋比起來的話，滾鍋的肉盤比較新鮮。
也有缺點啦，就盤子都是用塑膠製品，不知道是不是刷洗過當還是使用很多次了，有明顯的痕跡，不知道有沒有藏污納垢........如果這點能夠改進下次後會去用餐
