★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/22早上9:50左右打去免費專線問一下藥的效期，不知道是不是還沒上班或剛上班，接電話的小姐態度極差，居然回我為什麼每個人打來都要問這個問題，難不成我打電話去要跟你身家調查嗎？如果是還沒上班就乾脆不要接電話，居然跟我說沒辦法幫我查要另一個小姐才能查，那要你幹嘛？讓客戶的感覺很差，不想跟你們叫藥，最低要叫6罐這點我覺得很正常，但因為跟你們家叫的種類不多也不太常用才問效期，不然到時候要退藥又要刁難，我不認為問藥的效期有什麼問題，員工態度真的很讓人失望
 10/22 I called the toll-free hotline at around 9:50 in the morning to ask about the expiry date of the medicine. I don’t know if I haven’t started or just started working. The attitude of the lady who answered the phone is very bad. Why do everyone ask me about this? Question, is it possible that I call to investigate your wealth? If you just don’t answer the phone before you go to work, and you tell me that you can’t check it for me and you need another lady to check it, what do you want? It makes customers feel very bad and don’t want to ask you for medicine. I think it’s normal to order 6 cans at least, but because there are not many kinds of calls from your family and they are not frequently used, I asked about the expiration date, otherwise the medicine will be withdrawn. I have to make things difficult again. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the validity period of the medicine. The attitude of the staff is really disappointing.
