北斗麵線糊，簡單說它沒任何招牌，就只單賣古早味麵線糊，而一碗麵線糊只要30元的銅板價。沒有過度的勾芡，甜鹹甜鹹味道很夠的麵線糊，裏頭還放幾塊肉羹、油蔥酥、香菜等增添它的風味。而愛吃辣的朋友一定添加他們自製的辣椒醬，內用的朋友不少人都會續碗來繼續品嘗。
